What is sandbox mode?
We offer a fully simulated sandbox mode during signup. You can register your church and test the entire layout, build agents, and sync data without providing any real payment card details.
How do message limits work?
Each plan includes a monthly quota of message completions. If your church exceeds the limit, agents remain active but may respond with friendly queue delays, or you can choose to upgrade your tier instantly.
Can we ingest our own church materials?
Yes! On the Bloom and Harvest plans, you can upload PDFs (sermon transcripts, guidelines) and supply web URLs. The AI agents ingest this knowledge base to answer visitor queries with your church’s specific context.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. All Easychurch plans are month-to-month with no hidden setup fees, contract lock-ins, or cancellation penalties.
Which AI models do the agents use?
